Bishop Keith L. Ackerman, Our Bishop:

  • For Protection for the bishop and his health issue and the clergy and their families and the people of the diocese.
  • Enthusiasm in our worship.

For the Anglican Commuion Network, espescially Bishop Robert Duncan, Moderator

Pray for all those who are ill, hospitalized, or in need.

God's power at work within us (and, by extension, our family, our church, our community, and our nation) is limited or released (by God Himself!) in response to our prayers. (see What Happens When God Answers Prayer by Evelyn Christenson, Chapter Two.)

PRAISE GOD AND GIVE THANKS:

    • PRAISE GOD for the leaders in the global Anglican communion who are faithful to God's Word. PRAY for their protection especially when they travel.
    • PRAY for our outreach into the north Peoria community, especially outreach to the children and youth.
    • PRAY for the teachers in our children's programs.
    • Pray for God's leading to a permanent location for our new church.
    • Pray for God's leading in our building program and God's provision to fund it.

Pray that we will all "accept the challenge to be disciples making disciples," and will be obedient to Christ's command to "make disciples of all nations." (Matt.18 28:-20)

Pray that "The world will see Jesus shining through us."

Pray for the leaders of the world-wide Anglican Communion, GIVING THANKS TO GOD FOR THEM.

  • Robert, moderator of the Network of Anglican Communion Dioceses and Parishes

    • for wisdom to speak or to be silent, as God leads
    • for knowledge of God's will and faithfulness to His leading
  • Pray for the wives and families of our clergy.
